The information we collect

Only what you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, your email, your phone number, your title, the type and region of your project, your timeline, whether you have plans, and the message you add.

What we do with it

This information is used to call you back and assess your project. It is never sold, rented, or exchanged.

Cookies and measurement tools

This site does not deposit any tracking cookie and does not load any advertising network or any social network pixel. There is therefore nothing to accept or decline when you arrive on the page, which is why you don't see a consent banner. The map of the service areas is drawn by us and does not call any external service.

The project map on the home page shows a base map provided by OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org), an open, donation-funded service. When the map is displayed, your browser downloads the map tiles from its servers, as it would for an image. OpenFreeMap sets no cookie, requires no key or sign-up and keeps no user database. We send it nothing, and we never ask for your location.

To count visits, the site loads a measurement tool built and hosted by JNT Productions (jntproductions.com), the studio that made this site. This tool does not deposit any cookie, does not build any profile, and does not collect any personal information: it counts page views, anonymously, so we know which pages are read.

Where your information travels

The site is hosted by Vercel and the contact form's content is sent to us by email through the Resend sending service. Both providers may process data outside Quebec, notably in the United States. We entrust them with nothing more than what you enter in the form, and neither is authorized to use it for its own purposes. The transmission is encrypted end to end.

Your rights

You may request to consult, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to info@coffragexp.com. You may also withdraw your consent at any time: we will then stop contacting you. If our response does not satisfy you, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as the project it relates to is active, then for as long as necessary to meet our accounting and legal obligations. After that period, the request is destroyed. You may ask us to do so sooner.

If this policy changes

Any change is published on this page, and the effective date shown above is updated at the same time. We invite you to consult it again if you send us a new request after some time has passed.

Who, on our side, has access

Only the people who need to handle your request: those who prepare quotes and those who schedule the work. No one else has access, and we do not share your request with any third party unless the law requires it.

No profiling, no automated decisions

We do not track your location, we do not build a profile on you, and no decision about you is made by an automated system. A request that comes in is read by a person, and a person calls you back.

If something is wrong

Write to us at info@coffragexp.com and tell us what concerns you. We acknowledge your complaint, review it, and reply to you in writing explaining what we did. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
