Management
The people who decide which jobs we take, and who answer when things go sideways. The founders come from formwork: they built walls before they ran crews.
Office team
Quotes, schedules, follow-ups. This is where your plans get read before they get priced, and where we call the engineer or the architect when something will not work on site.
Commercial, industrial and heavy residential formwork
Structural slabs on multiple floors, underground parking and PERI walls delivered ready-made. The jobs where a crane works alongside the crew.
Residential formwork
Footings, foundation walls and basement slabs, in Duraform. This is the crew that delivers a residential project in two to four weeks.
Logistics, yard and prefabrication
Material leaves the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines yard assembled and counted. That is why a crew that shows up on a site never drives back for a part.

40 years of quoting experience
At Coffrage XP, having an experienced team matters. Pierre, at the office — the estimator — has been doing quotes for 40 years. He knows every little flaw in formwork: when you hand him a plan, he sees every detail that won't work. He calls, he talks to the technologist, he talks to the engineer. A lot of things get put in a plan for nothing, and that creates costs we're able to reduce. The difference of having a guy like Pierre on quotes is that at the end of the day, you can save tens of thousands just with his experience.
Why the foundation decides everything
A foundation done wrong from the start, you'll pay for it for the life of the house. When someone builds a house, the foundation is the base of everything: it's what ensures long-term solidity. Clients often think it's not that important because once it's poured, you don't see it anymore. But if the formwork is done wrong from the start, the problems show up later: cracks, settling, alignment problems, water infiltration. In the end, doing things right at the start costs less than redoing everything after. That's why at Coffrage XP, we take that step seriously.
We're not for every project
Coffrage XP isn't for every construction project. We work for clients who are looking for quality and reliability. If you're after the lowest price, that's not where our services bring the most value. We're looking for long-term relationships. The clients I have right now are all clients we've been working with for a long time. We've built a relationship with them. We mostly work with contractors and clients who understand the quality of formwork.
A day on our jobsites
The days start at 5 a.m., and what time they end, you never know. You get up in the morning, grab a coffee, head out, go see the guys on the jobsite, get them started. After that, I go by my priorities: I've got a big job in Laval, a job in Mirabel. Depending on the day's priority, on who's in a rush and who needs me there, that's the jobsite I head to. It's a lot of planning: project schedules, drawings, and materials. I make sure the guys never run out of stock.
Structural slabs
Doing structural slabs has always been a challenge, and it's always been a dream. We wanted to get there. By working hard, with the right people and the right crews, we made it. Before, we weren't able to do them. Now we just keep growing and keep getting better, day after day. That's what experience is: when you know where you're going and you do what you have to do, things go well.
